How does the 7-day free trial work?
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial with full access — connect an account, run campaigns and broadcasts, and try the AI agent. Subscribe before it ends to keep going; if you don't, your workspace is locked (not deleted) until you start a plan.
Do you offer refunds?
No. GramClaw does not offer refunds on subscriptions, account slots, or AI credits. That's exactly why we give you a 7-day free trial — so you can evaluate everything before any charge.
How much are extra Telegram accounts?
The base plan includes one connected account. Each additional account is €6/month, billed on your subscription. Campaigns can be pinned to specific accounts to spread volume safely.
How do AI credits work?
The built-in AI assistant draws from a prepaid credit wallet, priced by the tokens each request uses. Every new workspace gets a one-time €5 credit grant, and you can top up anytime. Using your own Claude app via the Telegram MCP uses your Anthropic account instead.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel to stop future billing. Past payments are non-refundable.
How does referral credit work?
Share your personal referral link from Settings. When a new user joins through it, they receive €10 off their first paid invoice. After that invoice is successfully paid, you receive €10 off your next GramClaw invoice. Credits cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
