The 7-day trial starts when you complete Stripe checkout and provide a payment method; it does not begin automatically at account signup. Cancel before the trial deadline to prevent the first subscription charge. If you continue, Stripe starts the paid subscription under the checkout terms. When entitlement ends, paid features are unavailable, but cancellation does not delete your workspace data.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, including unused time, except where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy. A free trial does not by itself waive statutory consumer rights. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

The base plan includes one connected account. Each additional account is €6/month, billed on your subscription. Campaigns can be pinned to specific accounts to spread volume safely.

The built-in AI assistant draws from a prepaid credit wallet, priced by the tokens each request uses. Every new workspace gets a one-time €5 credit grant, and you can top up anytime. Using your own Claude app via the Telegram MCP uses your Anthropic account instead.

Yes. Cancel through Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future automatic renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues until then. Refunds are generally unavailable except where required by law.
