GramClaw is a subscription with deliberately simple math: one base plan that covers the whole platform, plus two things you scale as you grow — connected account slots and AI credits. There are no feature tiers, no per-seat charges, and no usage surprises at the end of the month.
Everything in the product — unified inbox, campaigns, broadcasts, tags and tickets, pipeline, AI assistant, REST API, MCP server — is included in the base plan. You are never upgrading to unlock a feature; you only pay more when you connect more Telegram accounts or use more AI.
What's included
- Base plan: €49/month, includes 1 connected Telegram account and every platform feature.
- Extra Telegram accounts: €6/month each — add or remove slots from billing settings at any time.
- One-time €5 AI credit grant for every new workspace, so you can try the assistant properly.
- AI usage beyond the grant is drawn from your prepaid credit wallet, priced by tokens — you top up when you choose, nothing accrues behind your back.
- Unlimited teammates: billing is per subscription and account slots, never per seat.
How billing works
Payments are processed securely through Stripe; GramClaw never sees or stores your card details. Your subscription renews monthly, slot changes apply to the subscription immediately, and AI credit top-ups are one-off charges into your wallet rather than recurring fees.
Two policies to know before you pay, both covered in detail in their own articles: every new account gets a 7-day free trial with full access, and we do not offer refunds on subscriptions, slots, or credits — the trial exists precisely so you can evaluate everything before any charge.

Cancelling stops future billing at the end of the paid period. Your workspace and data are preserved — the workspace locks rather than deletes if the subscription lapses.
