Cancellation Policy

Effective October 20, 2026

This policy explains how GramClaw subscription cancellation works. It does not replace any rights that apply to you under consumer or other applicable law. This page is currently provided in English.

How to cancel

Sign in, open Settings → Billing, and choose Manage subscription. Stripe's Customer Portal handles the cancellation request. Follow its confirmation steps and keep the confirmation for your records. If you cannot access the portal, contact us through our verified support channel: @mar_gramclaw on Telegram.

When cancellation takes effect

For a paid subscription, cancellation stops the next automatic renewal and is scheduled for the end of the current billing period. Your paid access continues through the date shown in Billing and Stripe's portal. Cancellation does not itself delete your GramClaw account or workspace.

Seven-day trial

The seven-day trial begins when you complete subscription checkout and provide a payment method; it does not start automatically just because you create a GramClaw login. The checkout and Billing page show the trial end date. If you cancel in Stripe's portal before that deadline, the subscription will not convert into its first paid period. If you take no action, Stripe may begin the paid subscription at the end of the trial under the checkout terms you accepted.

Renewals and charges

An active subscription renews automatically unless cancellation is scheduled before the renewal. A cancellation scheduled for period end does not end access immediately. Check the status and date shown in Billing; if Stripe's state cannot be verified, contact support before relying on a displayed renewal date.

Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, including unused time in a paid billing period. This general policy does not limit refunds, withdrawal rights, remedies, or other protections that applicable law requires. A free trial does not by itself waive any statutory consumer right. Eligibility can depend on your location, the type of contract, and the circumstances of the purchase.

Telegram accounts, campaigns, and workspace data

Canceling a subscription does not delete connected-account records, Telegram session records, conversations, messages, campaigns, or workspace data. Access to paid GramClaw features may become unavailable when the paid period or trial ends. Automated Telegram campaigns are paused when entitlement expires; they remain paused after resubscription until you explicitly choose to resume them. A message already submitted to Telegram before access expired may still complete.

Account or workspace deletion is a separate request and is not part of subscription cancellation. This policy does not promise a fixed data-retention period; see the applicable privacy information or contact support for a data request.

AI credits

Unused AI credits remain recorded in your wallet under GramClaw's current credit rules when a subscription is canceled. A canceled subscription does not trigger an automatic cash payment for unused credits. Any rights or remedies required by law still apply.

Resubscribing

You can subscribe again from Billing. Existing workspace data and credit balances are not deleted by cancellation. A returning account is not automatically granted another free trial. Campaigns paused because entitlement expired remain paused until you review and explicitly resume them.

Legal review

This policy is intended to describe GramClaw's current product behavior and commercial approach. The wording, trial checkout disclosures, digital-service withdrawal flow, and any required consent or confirmation should be reviewed by qualified counsel for each market in which GramClaw serves consumers, including EU member-state requirements.
