Adding more Telegram accounts (account slots)

How extra account slots work, what they cost, and how to spread outreach across multiple Telegram accounts.

Every GramClaw plan includes one connected Telegram account. When you need more capacity — more sending volume, separate accounts for different markets or languages, or a dedicated account per teammate — you add account slots to your subscription.

All connected accounts feed the same workspace: one inbox, one contact base, one pipeline, one set of tags and tickets. Slots change how much you can send and from where, not how your team works.

How slots are priced

  • Base plan: €49/month, includes 1 connected Telegram account.
  • Each additional account slot: €6/month.
  • Slots are billed through your Stripe subscription and take effect immediately — connect the new account as soon as you add the slot.
  • You can remove a slot later from billing settings; the change applies to your subscription going forward. As with all payments, slot charges are non-refundable, so size up when you actually need the capacity.

Why teams add accounts

The most common reason is deliverability. Telegram paces every account individually, so ten accounts sending a moderate, human-looking volume each will always outperform one account pushed to its limit. Campaigns and broadcasts can be pinned to specific accounts, which lets you spread a large send across several senders while every reply still lands in the same shared inbox.

The second reason is separation. Teams keep one account per market — a German-language account for DACH prospects, an English one for everyone else — or one account per brand, per product, or per sales rep. Because the inbox unifies them, separation on the sending side costs nothing on the operations side.

Add a slot

  1. 1

    Open billing settings

Go to your billing settings from the dashboard.

  2. 2

    Add an account slot

Increase your slot count; the €6/month per slot is added to your subscription immediately.

  3. 3

    Connect the account

Back in the dashboard, connect the new Telegram account through the secure flow, exactly like your first one.

  4. 4

    Pin work to it

Select the new account when launching campaigns or broadcasts, or use it for fresh one-to-one conversations. Warm up brand-new accounts with light volume first.

Frequently asked questions

Can I remove a slot later?
Yes — adjust your account slots from billing settings; changes apply to your subscription going forward. Payments already made are non-refundable.
Do extra accounts share the same inbox?
Yes. All connected accounts feed the same unified inbox, contact base, and pipeline for your workspace.
How many accounts should I use for outreach?
Enough that each account sends a modest, human-looking volume. Spreading a large campaign across several accounts keeps each one comfortably within Telegram's limits and protects deliverability.
Can different teammates use different accounts?
Yes. A common setup is one connected account per rep, with everyone triaging replies together in the shared inbox.
