GramClaw sends and receives from real Telegram accounts that you connect and control. There is no bot in the middle: when you reply from the inbox, the message goes out from your account, with your name and your profile photo, exactly as if you had typed it on your phone.
Once connected, your conversations sync into GramClaw's own store. That is the foundation for everything else — the fast inbox, cross-account search, the AI assistant, campaigns, and the API all read from the same synced data.
Connect an account

Open account settings
Go to the dashboard and choose to connect a new Telegram account. Your plan includes one connected account; extra slots are €6 per account per month.

Authorize securely
Follow the secure connection flow and approve the login from your own device. GramClaw never asks for or stores your Telegram password.

Wait for the first sync
GramClaw ingests your recent chats and messages so they are ready in the inbox. Small accounts finish in moments; accounts with years of history take a little longer.

Check the inbox
Your chats appear in the unified inbox alongside any other connected accounts, updating in real time from then on.
What syncing does and does not do
- It copies chats and messages into GramClaw's database so the inbox is fast and searchable, even under load.
- It keeps updating in real time — new inbound messages appear without a refresh.
- It does not change anything inside Telegram itself: your chats, contacts, and groups stay exactly as they are.
- Disconnecting an account stops syncing and sending from it.
Keeping accounts healthy
Telegram enforces its own limits on how fast an account can message people who have not messaged it first. GramClaw works with those limits rather than against them: automated sending is paced per account on a natural cadence, and large volume can be spread across multiple connected accounts.
The rest is on you and it matters: only message people who expect to hear from you, keep openers short and personal, and follow Telegram's Terms of Service. If an account is new, warm it up with lighter volume for the first weeks before pointing serious campaign traffic at it. Accounts that behave like humans keep working; accounts that behave like spam cannons get restricted — by Telegram, not by GramClaw.
If a connection drops
Occasionally a session expires — for example after you log the account out of all devices from inside Telegram. When that happens, the account shows as disconnected in the dashboard and sending from it pauses. Reconnect it through the same secure flow and syncing resumes where it left off; nothing in your workspace is lost.
