Who operates GramClaw

Using GramClaw
GramClaw provides software for connecting Telegram accounts, managing conversations and contact information, organizing a CRM pipeline, and creating campaigns and broadcasts. Some integrations and optional features may not be enabled for every account.
You must be legally able to enter into an agreement where you live and have authority to act for yourself or the organization whose workspace you use. You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
Telegram authorization and account responsibility
You may connect only Telegram accounts that you own or are authorized to use. You authorize GramClaw's Telegram service, which uses TDLib, to connect to the account and process the session data required to provide the service. You remain responsible for the connected account and for complying with Telegram's terms and rules. Telegram is an independent service; GramClaw does not control Telegram's availability, policies, enforcement decisions, or account restrictions.
Outreach and acceptable use
You are responsible for selecting recipients, ensuring you have an appropriate basis and permission to contact them, complying with applicable laws and platform rules, and honoring opt-outs and do-not-contact requests. You are also responsible for the accuracy and legality of campaign content, contact data, and instructions given to any AI or API client.
Do not use GramClaw to send unlawful, deceptive, threatening, or harassing content, to bypass recipient preferences or opt-outs, to violate Telegram's rules, or to interfere with the service or another person's account. We may restrict use that creates a security, legal, or platform-policy risk.
Campaigns, automation, and AI
Where campaign features are enabled, GramClaw can schedule and send messages using the Telegram account and campaign configuration you choose. You are responsible for reviewing recipients, message content, account selection, timing, and campaign settings before launching. Delivery can be delayed, restricted, or unavailable because of Telegram or other service dependencies.
AI, REST API, and MCP capabilities are available only when enabled for your account and deployment. AI-generated text may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI output and any action taken with it. Product confirmation controls do not replace your own review.
Subscriptions, trial, and payment
Stripe processes subscription checkout and payments. The subscription checkout requires a payment method and, when the seven-day trial offer is shown to you, starts that trial when checkout is completed. Unless you cancel through Settings → Billing → Manage subscription before the trial deadline shown in Billing and Stripe's portal, the trial converts to the paid subscription shown at checkout. Subscriptions then renew automatically at the displayed price and billing interval until canceled.
For a paid subscription, cancellation stops the next automatic renewal and is scheduled to take effect at the end of the current paid billing period; access generally continues until that period ends. To prevent a trial conversion, cancel before the trial ends. Subscription, account-slot, and AI-credit charges are generally non-refundable, except for refunds, withdrawal rights, remedies, or other protections required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms waives those rights. See the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
Team plan
On the Team plan, the person who holds the subscription is the team admin. The admin pays for the team, including the Team plan price, teammates above those included in the plan, and extra Telegram accounts, and may invite and remove teammates and approve or remove Telegram accounts in the team. Additions are charged when they are made, prorated for the rest of the current billing period; reductions are credited on a later invoice. Teammates use their own GramClaw sign-in and do not need their own payment method.
Each Telegram account in a team is either a Team account, which every member of the team can read and use, or a Private account, which only the person who connected it can read. You may share an account with your team only if you are authorized to let those people use it. The admin is responsible for whom they invite and for the activity of the team's members within GramClaw, and each member remains responsible for their own use, including the outreach rules above. Removing a member ends their access to the team; their Private accounts are disconnected from the team and the team's conversation history is kept. If the admin cancels, the whole team keeps access until the end of the paid period.
Availability and changes
GramClaw depends on third-party infrastructure and messaging services, so uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may update or change features as the service is maintained and developed. These terms do not create a service-level commitment.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or users, address suspected unlawful or abusive use, comply with law, or respond to a restriction imposed by a service provider. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. You may stop using GramClaw and cancel a subscription using the billing controls described in the Cancellation Policy.
Data and privacy
Your use of GramClaw involves processing account, Telegram, conversation, campaign, workspace, and billing information. The Privacy Policy explains that processing. Disconnecting an account or canceling a subscription does not by itself delete workspace data or TDLib session storage.
Disclaimers and liability
GramClaw is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, GramClaw does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any other limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you.
