A chave é a autorização; proteja-a como uma senha. Limite de taxa: 120 solicitações / minuto por chave, com cabeçalhos X-RateLimit-* em cada resposta. Os erros retornam { "error": "…" } com um status 4xx/5xx.
Escopos: as chaves têm read (chats, mensagens, busca, análises), write (pipeline, colunas, webhooks), e/ou send (mensagens, transmissões, campanhas) — escolha-os ao criar a chave. POSTs do tipo envio aceitam um cabeçalho Idempotency-Key , para que as novas tentativas nunca enviem em duplicidade.
