Find and qualify conversations

Search message history for buying signals, inspect the matching chats, and move relevant conversations into a pipeline stage.

Result
Matching conversations are reviewed and intentionally moved to the Qualified stage.
Time
8 minutes
Key scopes
readwrite

1. Search for a useful signal

Search returns excerpts and chat IDs. Keep people separate from topic keywords so a person's name is not treated as message content.

Terminal
export GRAMCLAW_BASE_URL="https://gramclaw.com"
export GRAMCLAW_API_KEY="gc_live_replace_with_your_key"

curl -s "$GRAMCLAW_BASE_URL/api/v1/search" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $GRAMCLAW_API_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{
    "keywords": ["pricing", "demo", "interested"],
    "account_types": "messaging"
  }'

2. Review before changing the pipeline

Use a returned chat_id to read the recent thread. Do not classify a conversation from a keyword alone.

Terminal
export CHAT_ID="replace_with_reviewed_chat_id"

curl -s "$GRAMCLAW_BASE_URL/api/v1/chats/$CHAT_ID/messages?limit=30" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $GRAMCLAW_API_KEY"

3. Move a confirmed match

Terminal
curl -s "$GRAMCLAW_BASE_URL/api/v1/pipeline/move" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $GRAMCLAW_API_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"chat_id":"'"$CHAT_ID"'","stage_key":"qualified"}'
  • Call GET /api/v1/pipeline first if your workspace renamed or replaced the intended stage.
